A phone call to these suppliers might be worth a try. They actually manufacture BA screws, so might be able to supply.

Are you looking for domed heads? Scale Hardware do miniature coach bolts- domed heads, no slot - if that's any use. Not BA, though.

They may exist but I don't recall any, with or without slot. CH or CS, yes.
Depends what you want them for, but perhaps American 000-120 might do?

I've just checked Deacon screws, they do have round head screws, I didn't think to ask about slots. Scale Hardware have metric screws without slots. unfortunately I already have a stock of 16BA nuts. So I'll probably buy the deacon ones for now and think about going metric in future
