OZ Magazine Issue 28

Well, I haven't been on here for a while, so I thought I'd take a look at the Small Ads section.
And on there I found that Phil is selling a Hymek with the headcode box set to OZ28

My first thought was ' Wasn't that the issue of OZ that was never published??'
My second thought was 'I wonder how many people will 'get' that reference these days??'

So I Google-ed 'OZ28' and the first hit was to a site where someone who has scanned that exact magazine onto the internet.

And now I'm confused. Can someone clear this up for me, please?

OZ28 was edited by school children after an invitation by the then editors - if Wikipedia is to be believed.
I've changed the thread title as your question is actually nothing to do with Phill's Hymek.
