Wow, well done Compton Castle, what an atmosphere you have created, I have come to this post rather late, however the first impression of your diorama I got was when page 8 opened up and presented me with the superb photo at the top of the page of what can be achieved in modelling. I also like the fact you are modelling actual locations and look forward to seeing your other dioramas. :)

Severn Tunnel East will be forming the main scenic section of my new club layout.
The club is due to start late January in Griffithstown South Wales.
Next year I will start on the welsh side of the tunnel as seen in the 8 foot plan above. This will also be part of the club layout

Would this be of any use on the new project. Its about 3ft 3in long and requires a lot more work to produce a finished drawing.
