Hi Richard. I would say you are free to choose any track that counts as 'standard', rather than any finescale alternatives. The key point is that your Barrett loco and your narrow gauge engines will both run with a 40mm back to back (both 16mm engines can be converted to 45mm), so you'll be OK...

The window seals were next - drawn up in Fusion360 to be 2mm wide and 0.8mm thick. I set up the critical dimensions so that I only had one thing to alter on each model to create the seals for the front / rear, side and door. All four drawings were sent to my 3D printer and it was set to work...
