Blimey, can't believe it's been such a long time since I posted on here.... Anyway, things have changed and all things "O" are becoming "1", well... 1/32nd :) Here's the prototype 37..... Jonty Jarvis basking in the weak sunshine this afternoon.

Just want to say what a great time we had with the new stand at Bicester. We had a very successful two days with the Wizzo's and 37's on the Venturer Models stand, and thanks to everyone who came along and supported the event.

The kits are proceeding! Mould production and parts collating underway.... quite exciting really!

Hi, I'm not sure about how easily the receiver can be linked to the DCC soundcard. Does anyone out there know if this can be done?

Very good. I had to make the same adjustments for kerf when working on the 1/32nd Western - small amounts but very important nonetheless. Nice job!

Hi, I'll be releasing an update towards the end of September to all interested parties. I've added you to my growing list. Also, one of my prototypes will be finished as D1015 in Golden Ochre, so you'll have something to check over!

And so the first Prototype has been completed this evening.... I caught a snippet of sunshine and took a few pics before adding the final detailing.... D1003 heads off to her new home in the morning, and then the real work begins on producing a few kits.

D1003 has turned green. Just roughed out the SYP but though it looked ok, so slipped in the headcode set and buffers, and even painted the door handle and kickguards, just to check the effect.... looks pretty good. I know the side windows are a bit heavy, but these are resin test sets and will...

The first primer just gone on to highlight any areas needing attention. Looks pretty good from first check, and it'll be turning green very soon.

Fan update... 6 sets completed and tested......

Bored with the life in the city of gold......... too many bogies! Changed tack, and made up the working fans for the cooler groups.... then did a bit of cab front detailing - checking if it looks OK. Clearly there's more to life than Wizzo's!

So here's pretty much the finished bogie as will be supplied. This one is one of two destined to reside under a green D1003 in ex. Works condition and bound for States-side.

Hopefully so. Only secured by 2mm screws, so easily replaced if there's a particularly clumsy moment or two...

I've made some more progress with the 1/32 bogies, and the brake gear has taken shape quite nicely....

Quick update as the first test running has taken place with Fosworks R/C kit, linked to traction motors in both bogies, and the Fosworks/Legoman sound project. I'm happy with this progress and, as always, constructive criticism would be welcome. Obviously, the glazing isn't fixed and there's...
