A recent pic of 46229 in action on Wardie Road, a friend's layout featured in November 2018 GOG Gazette.
Built from a Finney kit as part of a batch it will eventually be in an updated write up on building these kits for on here.

PS: It was Trikidiki's excellent write up of his Duchess build together with his, ahem, 'hard sell' at the Doncaster GOG show that forced me to buy the tender .
Trouble is Mrs M saw it and it was whipped away from me until Xmas.

No it’s a Loveless A3 as 60103.
There is a Finney A3 lurking I will see if I can get it for a pic or two, it was one of a batch done a long while ago.

Tolworth Show train this weekend, followed by a long drive home with Newhurst, the new layout.

Very nice Cliff. My own Finney Duchess is almost there, after painting the chassis I just have to get all the valve gear back on and running sweetly again before it goes off to Magic Moore's paintshop for a nice coat of BR Red. Something I have really been looking forward to for a good long while.
