A bumper selection here from the Leeds area.

Once again, copyright is with me but WT'ers help yourselves for personal use.
If you wish to repost/publish shout and I'll sort some better scans if possible.

Only a couple of these are dated - 31st July 1937 but I suspect that they were all taken on the same day.

391 is well coaled but not looking as pretty as when S.W. Johnson turned her out in 1888. Leeds Holbeck.

Interesting to see the GN and NE locos didn't stray too far from their own lines. Whereas the LMS shots show, obviously, Midland but also L&Y (crab), LMS standard locos.

The highlight is the photo of the articulated carriages.

Hello Rob, just discovering your various Gallery threads, wonderful pictures, thank you for sharing them.
No problem Chas.
There is no point having historical photos stuck in an album with no one to look at them, which reminds me, I have a few more that need scanning and posting.
