Hi fellow modellers

I have just joined the Western Thunder site and what an excellent site it is, a mass of information.
I can see me spending a long time browsing the kit builds etc.

I model O gauge primarily American short line and BR East Anglia with an interest in HO and P4.

Hi Robin,

welcome to WT, you have already got the hang of the 'we like lots of photos' so carry on regardless!

Like the Avatar picture, Q1's go down very well hereabouts.

Thanks for the welcome.
I'm tempted by the MOK Q1, looks a handsome model.
The Avatar pic was taken in the late 60's early 70's on the Bluebell Railway.

Welcome Robin,

You`ve done a cracking job on those 70 tonners, and the paint scheme is very nice too.
I`ve got one sat here, that at some point will be turned into the GAS&C (Georgia,Ashburn,Sylvester & Camilla railway) sole loco #71.

If you have any more photo`s of your US modeling i love to see them as would others here no doubt.

Brian.

Welcome, Robin.

I’ve a soft spot for the odd short line or two ;)

Will watch with interest.

Great weathering btw.

Bestest,

Hi Robin

Welcome, it will be good to see more of your models. I enjoyed building some of your kits back in the 90s.

Welcome Robin,
I don't know either of the prototypes you have posted, but the quality of the modelling is obvious. Look forward to seeing more.
Cheers,
Peter
