North Star
New Member
Good morning,
I was directed towards this forum by members of the Great Western Study group as a good source of prototype info. I am the designer for Peco model railways, also covering Ratio, Wills and Parkside. As such I am often on the hunt for specific info and drawings for various things and I am always on the lookout and appreciative of good modelling.
I am of course an enthusiast and modeller myself. My particular interest is narrow gauge industrial railways, and my layout depicts the Abbey Light Railway in Leeds, where I was a volunteer, in 7mm scale. I also dabble in many other scales, as required by the job.
This looks like an excellent forum, and I look forward to getting to know you better.

Oh, and 'North Star' because I'm from the North (born and raised in West Yorkshire), and I once built a model of the broad gauge 2-2-2 North Star.
