New to this Forum, so just finding my way. Not great with computers - I see an` Image` place on here, but how do you post a photo?
Thanks.

Hi,

Congratulations on finding this little niche of t'interweb.

No problem with respect to the photos. You can either simply drag and drop a photo or cut and paste into the reply box or use the "upload a file" button at the bottom of the reply box. If you are still struggling then let me know and I'll make a little video as that'll be easier than trying to explain in words.

Hi Adrian

Thanks for pointing that out - I was only looking at all the `choices` at the top and hadn`t noticed the `upload a file` at the bottom! Just giving it a try as I find often a photo is more use than a lot of words when asking or answering questions.

Hi Mike and Rob
Your wheels look more interesting, Mike . :)
Rob, I don`t know about `wonderful` - the wonder is that I get any finished! Typical is the conversion I did of a NE ballast brake (later ducket etc) - I might get round to some lettering now that I`ve just done the original version. Had a bit of a break before the eye ops, but getting going again.

I agree - when Cynric set up the forum the hosting was arranged with plenty of space just so that we can upload plenty of photos. They are great photos but one more suggestion - if you could please insert them as "full image" rather than as a thumbnail. The forum software for thumbnails is a little slow and ponderous (technical reasons I don't intend to go in to :)) so feel free to insert as full image and it makes the viewing for others a lot easier. Thanks Adrian.

That what becomes of being computer illiterate! I just `clicked on` what I think of as a normal photo on my computer, so don`t understand how this becomes a `thumbnail` - what do I need to do?
