BIG BREAKTHROUGH TODAY !!

We finally have the stock test running on continuous laps on Love Lane.

Thankfully the track needs very little fettling too. We had a number of trains at speed through intricate paintwork today with nothing falling over, not that you would expect it to of course...

We'll now be back to scenery for the two new sections either side of the current main scenic area. Talks are currently on-going about the lighting and pelmet. An ali frame with LED strip lighting is currently on the cards, and we shall obtain a sample strip to see how it fares..

FANTASTIC video JB. It’s been far too long since we saw a JB video, extremely inspirational stuff:thumbs:

Well done one and all, a real mile stone on what will be a landmark S7 layout.

Wow, didn't realise I had a reputation.. Thanks Mick!

I'm sure there will be plenty to come and I'll make sure we leave the paintwork well alone next time.

Perhaps the reputation is incorrectly built on the infamous video shot on the Epping/Ongar railway not realising that you focus on the trains rather than the 'passengers'. :)
