I like the cast turntable signs on the right.

Yes they have taken some figuring out as I couldnt either blow the picture up enough or the plate was just out of view on any of my pictures.
Pete has done a superb job on these and at a great price. All the others are for the locking gear. I think these will really add a nice touch to the finished Turn Table.

Well it seems the estimated delivery times from Laser craft have been misjudged. So whilst I wait for them & I have to do a lot of work getting the Railway room up to scratch im going to build a Diorama whitch will eventually evolve in to an exhibition layout as Ranelagh Bridge will be a permanent fixture in its on home.
So whats it to be, Well seeing one of Chris Nevards recent pictures of the Severn Tunnel car train prompted an interest in the Severn Tunnel, I collected track, Signal Diagrams and pictures a while ago as a possible future layout.
Im intending to do from the Tunnel Entrance to the Caldicot Road Bridge and possibly from the English side to Ableton Lane tunnel. First off just as a Diorama some where to photo graph my locos and just to do a bit of modeling until the Railway room is ready.
I have ordered the Tunnel mouth to be laser cut by Yorkshire model Makers and ordered the Signals, All of which should be ready in January.
So can any one help with any pictures of Severn Tunnel east or West Signal Boxes?

This is my Dapol 7 plank wagaon a birthday gift from my wife and daughters yesterday. This will be my ash removal wagon for on Ranelagh Bridge, Im hoping to fit it with Dingham couplings for hands free uncoupling. A friend of mine recently fitted them to a few wagons and they seem to offer reliable operation and dont look to bad either. I think I will get a Toad and a shunters truck now to act as my barrier vehicles.

Seems pretty good. Mine does not sem to have the joint issues on the corner that others have said about but I think thats the more with the 5 plank. I think they are good value for money and with a good weathering will enhance it even more. That said I havent taken a ruler to it or checked it against drawings. If it looks right then thats OK. Im currently without a railway room (under construction) So I havent got some where to build kits so this RTR will do just fine.
They seem to have sold very well I had to do a bit of hunting to get this one so Im sure Dapol have done alright out of them.
Cheers
Steve
