Hi everyone,
My user name gives a large clue to name and location, that is Bernie, or Bernard if in trouble, and I was born and grew up in Stoke-on-Trent and then spent 25 years in the RAF which very much restricted personal modelling activities, apart from obtaining stock .
I started in OO and sold my large collection of stock to get married, don't worry I won't be doing that again. I now model in N modern image with the hydraulic era of BR having a large soft spot in my heart. I don't currently have a scenic layout but do have Kato Unitrack down for running in loco's and to test a wiring method not involving anything permanent, and this has been successful.
I now do a lot of layout viewing on the web through travel and medical problems so puck exhibitions with a MI and/or N content.
Think that's enough info for now, don't want to bore this early..
