Is bigger always better? Should I be putting something larger in here ? The sealed boom box is no problem

I have been waiting for parts for other projects, and I hate sitting round doing nothing, well thats my excuse anyway

If you fitted what you've got and came down to Wenbridge we could do a side by side "noise out" to compare your installation with 2 X 40mm speakers in D6319

Generally, yes - but that looks pretty serious enough to me. One thought - two speakers in seperate enclosures might give you a bit more of the effect of the loco having two engines...

I could fit four that size in there I dont think fitting a stay alive will be a problem It will also be my first attempt at working fans and using a second decoder for lighting
