Prototype GWR E49 and E50 paired coaches for what service?

Hi.
The GWR built two pairs of non-corridor 54' tri-composite brake coaches (E49 and E50 to Lot 802 and 803 ) in 1896. Does anyone know what service they were built for, and how long they stayed there?

From the Lot Order book it seems Lot 802 was for Helston and Lot 803 for St Ives.
