There's a road that goes to a golf driving range next door. If you go that way, the range is on your left & Barrow Hill is on your right. You can get up towards the signal box, with the stock being behind the fence on your right.

Barrow Hill is open at weekends with a donation for admin fee, but dont know how much access you get ?.
