Yes, I have for a few freelance plates in 4mm. Perfectly fine to business with, products appear as advertised and you get a view of the artwork before they go to etching so you can check the sizing and so on. There's a note in the current Narrow Gauge and Industrial Review that indicates that they can work from externally produced artwork but you might like to ask first.
