Do you mean that the subject line is pre-filled with 'Understanding Cottages: The dream and the reality'? It's the title of a book by John Constable. Perhaps your computer has 'remembered' it from a previous search by you or someone else with access to the same computer. All you have to do is delete the text and write your own.
