The Cattle Dock across from the Station building. Adrian Vaughn, Great Western Architecture was very helpful with measurements and advice to create the dock.

Presumably the phone box is one of the resin jobs? Doesn't shout "solid" at all and blends in nicely.

If you hadn't said, I wouldn't have looked twice....
It does look good - very neatly painted, certainly.

The latest piece for the goods yard is the crane. This 3mm Society kit is of whitemetal and is seen in undercoat.
However, I need to know wether the jib is wood that is strapped with iron. Any advice is appreciated.

It is indeed meant to be wood with iron strapping. I agree it is a very good kit and the castings (especially for their age) are pretty darned good.

I trust you're going to get it to work...............I shall now duck!

I was going to get it to work but found the arm articulation of 3mm people too challenging- and life isn't long enough.
