Telegraph poles were erected this morning. They are
Ratio 452 Telegraph poles, which I cut down from 4-bar to 2-bar and then sprayed 'em with Howes Railmatch Sleeper Grime. The pots were painted with Tamiya acrylic light grey...
Telegraph lines serve the goods office, signalbox, station offices and weighbridge...
The station building was plastered with a few notice boards as well. They are still GWR seeing as I've changed the period of the layout to circa 1953. The choc & cream signalbox could be the new GWR late 1940's colours or the box might get a repaint in stone... Not decided yet...
