Two shots of the two Thompsons so far. I've yet to finish the simulated paint finish on the brake 3rd. Quite a difference from the first shot on page one of this thread eh ?!

Now then Mate,

They really do look different to the start of the thread, cracking job  If you'd have stuck the G5 on you could be propelling atock on the right line  I've had my pass stamped for the monthly meeting on the 28th so fingures crossed should have my G5 ready for a test run, I don't have a DCC chip, is this a problem. Will you be there on the 28th ??

For those who are contemplating the etch bogies, I have posted some photographs of an assembled bogie with JLTRT solebar / bolster castings to the "Another JLTRT Gresley - another D114" thread.
