Unfortunately the GWR Blaenau box has the more modern windows. We have visitors tomorrow and so I made full use of today by cutting baseboard tops from a single 8" x 4" marine ply sheet. They are not screwed down as yet because I want to see how the track layout fits. Once established, the ply through the station's main platforms will be cut both sides of the trackbed and then screwed down to form a camber. This method saves me sanding down cork to form a camber and it also saves a bucket load of unwanted cork dust. Also the transition from level to super-elevation is super-smooth.
