Hi guys
I'm sure there must be at least one person on here who is the proud owner of some Hornby Hawksworth carriages.
If so, could they possibly take a couple of good close-up photos of where the sides meet the roof please? A close-up of the gutter ends and rainstrips above the doors would also be appreciated.
I'm building the Hurn Models 7mm Full Brake version (see here http://www.westernthunder.co.uk/index.php?threads/dans-s7-workbench-hawksworth-full-brake.268/) and with the sides being etched brass and the roof resin, there's an obvious gap which I believe will need filling and blending in. I was just wondering how Hornby have represented this area (on the basis that their sides/ends/roof are probably a single moulding and assuming they've copied the prototype!). I've not been able to ascertain from prototype photos, what it's actually supposed to look like.
