What is the advice for posting moving pictures such as a very short video filmed on a phone? Is this possible/allowed? A short length of moving picture could make a point far clearer than a long written description.

Sorry - not directly. Videos are a huge consumers of resources and would overwhelm the site hosting. More than happy to link to online videos, either hosted privately (some people do!) or upload to video sites, e.g. youTube, Vimeo or short videos you could try TikTok and then post a link on the forum.

YouTube works for me! You’ll need a Google account. Then upload your video, and simply share the link in your thread. Meerkat simples.
