Whilst at Telford I collected this MOK Armstrong for painting, I also will have another 2 to do in the near future.
Although the model came stripped down I had to work out which bits could be refitted and any bits that needed unsoldering to aid painting.
The model was fairly dirty and there was quite a lot of excess solder to remove but after a couple of hours with a scratch pen and some wet and dry I have it something like.
It was then scrubbed with hot water and viakal twice and left to dry.
I am away for three days now so on Thursday I shall give it another scrub with viakal then a blast with the hairdryer. Then it will be ready for a coat of etch primer.
To be continued......
