Not really, it was only ever a loading bank for local tramways, which ran from local mines to the Severn & Wye yard.Presumably the walls of the loading bank originally formed part of something quite substantial?
Lovely evocative photo, but looking at the loco itself, I'm surprised how distorted the frame is.
