. Just what i needed, some nice pics to get me through the next few days of xmas shopping
Well, as Eccles (a.k.a. Spike Milligan) said... "Everybody gotta be somewhere"....While Jordan grapples with DCC, Geoff paints perfect pictures with Penhydd and Steve starts a big Ruston, I'm afraid I've been indulging in a bit of box opening and playing trains![]()

*embarrassed shuffle at the Back of the Class*............ Enjoy it mate as the idea has not been lost and I bet there are a few other people out here thinking along the same lines

Me tooLooks good mate, it's good to see a real train set and not a model engineering masterpiece, some thing to have fun with and not become an obsession to get it right to the last mm. Enjoy it mate as the idea has not been lost and I bet there are a few other people out here thinking along the same lines

Splendid progress, Simon. I can see that you need a Class 22 to visit on an engineers working, fresh off the new connection from the S&D at Radstock....![]()
Whenever there's a Kettle free to pull it......Sounds good to me, when's it due through?

Geoff that is a rather tidy Brush you have there.
Simon is that a re-wheeled Triang starter set wagon at the left hand end?

That Brush looks terrific, model produced in the mid 70s I think when Hornby was going through its "everything in a gloss finish" phase.
Simon
..... I wonder if the models being produced today will stand the test of time ?Geoff
