While I should be ballasting, I've been working on the
cabine for the wagon weighbridge:
The scale is hard to see (especially when the interior isn't lighted), but this is what it looks like (prior to painting):
Everything was made from styrene and bits of brass rod and tube with the
cabine base made from a 5mm thick piece of blue foam painted as for the
heurtoirs (see previous posts).
All paints are Tamiya acrylics. I used AK Interactive AK 074 (Rainmarks for NATO tanks) and AK 013 (Rust Streaks) to weather the walls. The roof (hard to see) is weathered with AK Interactive AK 2074 (White and Winter Camouflage Paneliner.) Chipping to the raised walkway was with Vallejo 70822 (German Camouflage Black).
