Hello Andy, Having a little break from the N Class for little a while, and have started a very old kit l bought cheap a while back, and that is a ex GWR 2225 by Jim Harris (Acorn) / Alan Bullock (Javelin) many moons ago, unfortunately there are no instructions to follow, so should be fun.

Really getting on with the 2251, problem was that bits were missing on the body etches, so decided to purchase a resin body from Ex-JLTRT (now MM1) for £39, the major problem was the body was 4mm too long, so as the kit is very old l decided that the body was right, and added an extra 4mm to the footplate, it looks a lot better now, still have some bits to do to finish...DSC07065.JPG DSC07066.JPG DSC07067.JPG DSC07068.JPG

lts designed to have the box filled with some lead weight and double-sided sticky tape some 2000-3000 grit paper on the bottom, then slip the coach over and get some motive power to drag it along the track...lt will be finished in all over yellow and will be called Doris Mk1 (its all fun anyway)DSC07109.JPG DSC07110.JPG DSC07111.JPG DSC07112.JPG
