I know! I used this prototype just because it was small and a little different. Oh well, back to GWR and big stations.Morning Phil, the Cressing station building looks good painted up.
Regarding disappointing sales, I wonder if that's because it looks like an ancillary building (waiting room) rather than the typical stand-alone station building beloved by modellers. Perhaps a bit too mundane?
Who'd be a manufacturer!?
I don't think I needed your encouragement, I was just as keen for East Anglian models. A giant untapped market I predicted! Anyway, we need to sort some more fact finding missions when health, rules etc. allow. That was indeed a happy day Phil, and the result looks superb !
I am so sorry that I led you astray with my impractical enthusiasm for anything peculiar, different or just plainly East Anglian!
My pathological distrust, or even outright distaste for anything that might be considered remotely "popular", let alone "commercial" is something of an historical psychosis that I am rather ashamed of (though clearly not often enough?) when it causes undeserved grief to others.
You are doing a grand job, and I continue to be hugely impressed by all your achievements !
